The migration is prepared and tested before the final domain change to keep disruption as limited as possible. DNS changes can take time to update across the internet, but the old website remains available during the preparation stage.
No one can guarantee rankings, but the migration is handled with SEO safeguards in place. When the domain, URLs and website content remain the same, the risk is significantly lower than during a full redesign or domain change.
Not necessarily. Your domain registration and website hosting can be managed separately. I will assess your existing setup and recommend the simplest option. But I would highly advise keeping everything under one roof, preferably.
Only for 1 email address. Website hosting and email hosting are separate services. Any additional mailbox migration or email setup will be assessed and quoted separately.
This package is specifically for WordPress websites. A website built on another platform will need to be assessed separately.

Sometimes you may consider a redesign of a website when you are already considering a new hosting provider. While possible, this service does not include a redesign. For a redesign, you are welcome to look at the SEO website development page.
A migration does not include new pages built or SEO copy. Please keep this in mind when strategising your website performance and choosing the right website service.
The migration includes basic cache handling but not full performance optimisation. Advanced caching, CDN configuration or speed optimisation is available as a separate service. Learn more about speed optimisation.
You must have ownership of—or authorised access to—the domain before the migration begins. Domain recovery, ownership disputes and registrar access problems require a separate assessment.
Your website will be migrated in its existing condition. Broken, outdated or incompatible plugins and themes requiring development work will be quoted separately.
